Intranet Software
9Seconds Intranet solution is a secure and private space on the Internet that your entire organization can share. An Intranet makes it easy for companies to coordinate information such as contacts, appointments, documents, calendars, sales tools and email - even with team members who are traveling, on site with a client or working from home.
This web-centric management system is comprised of modules designed to automate and streamline virtually any business process.
Based on the award winning MissionControl system that is used to launch every 9Seconds project, our intranets and extranets can be customized to accommodate any business process.
Just a few of the features we can create include:
Calendars
Keep organized with an appointment book that is viewable by everyone in your company. An extranet component allows your customers to log on and see upcoming meetings.
Contacts
Manage all of your contacts, whether they be personal or company related, from one central location. An extranet component allows your customers to log on and update their contact information remotely.
PIM/PDA Integration
If you have a Palm Pilot or similar device, your daily appointments and address book may import directly to your PDA.
Document Management
Any company-wide document may be uploaded to your intranet. It is even possible to upload documents intended for one particular customer and have them log on to view/download them. This works very well if your company is a design firm that requires client approval before publishing.
Payroll and Accounting
Manage payroll for every employee in your company and even export the data to accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
Reports
Tell us what data is important for you to know, and we can build a report for you highlighting the desired information.

Q&A
What is the difference between an Intranet and an Extranet?
:: An Intranet allows members of an organization to access internal applications and data through a browser. An Extranet is similar, except its users are often outside the organization and have limited functionality or access to data. An example of an extranet would be a customer of a bank, checking their account balance online.
How does your software fit with my unique business practices?
:: 9Seconds does not sell one-size-fits-all software, but rather creates modular software that can be customized to meet the exact needs of your business. Taking advantage of a vast "code vault," we're able to create custom applications quickly and cost-effectively.
